Not only did they have ironing facilities readily available when I needed to freshen up my outfit for an impromptu event, but they also went above and beyond by returning my forgotten shower bag promptly and with a smile. The room's heating and air conditioning were perfectly adjusted for ultimate comfort, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The inclusion of a well-stocked mini-bar and complimentary high-quality toiletries added an extra touch of luxury to my stay, making me feel truly pampered. The attention to detail at Mini - Otel "Navruz" is unparalleled, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone seeking a truly extraordinary experience in Ukraine.
